The 47th West European Fish Technologists Association (WEFTA) Conference taking place in Dublin, Ireland from the 9 – 12 October 2017.
The theme for this year’s conference is “Innovative Technologies for Healthy and Sustainable Seafood production” with international experts across every field of seafood R&D providing in-depth insights across all fish, shellfish and seaweed species.
